Plastics Extrusions (Thailand) Ltd (PET) is owned 100% by the Australian Company AGC Plastics (Aust.) Pty Ltd. PET is one of the largest manufacturers of Underground Polymer Cable Covers and Tiles.

These Covers and Tiles are used to protect electrical and communication cables as well as gas and water pipes.
Underground Polymer Cable Covers and Tiles ensure that cables and pipes are not damaged inadvertently, therefore ensuring the safety of the community as well as these valuable infrastructure assets.
AGC Plastics has manufacturing facilities in Asia, which make it possible to service global requirements .
The Cable Cover manufactured complies with Australian Standard 4702-2000, ENA TS 12-23 Issue 3 2013, FEWA Specification no. CBLCT – 3.4 (revised April 2005). We see our success as stemming from our philosophy to treat customers as Partners.

QUALITY CONTROL

  • Both Plastics Extrusions Thailand and AGC Plastics are ISO accredited manufacturers
  • The resin we use is always of a high quality so as to ensure the requisite physical properties of the cable cover is maintained
  • The film used is UV stable to ensure that the cable cover can be stored for long periods without fading
  • The product is continuously checked during the production cycle to ensure the surface finish, size, weight and impact strength are to the required specification.
  • In-Line Printing allows for product batch and manufacture
    date identification and tracing.
  • The product is strapped onto the pallet, and then stretch wrapped. This minimises movement during transportation to ensure safe unloading at the client.
  • We maintain strict control over all our procedures so as to maintain the highest quality of both product, and service to our customers
